Automatic Renewal
Our Platinum Plus Dental Plan renewal policy automatically renews annually. By signing up for the Platinum Plus Plan, you agree that your plan will automatically renew and your card will be charged on your renewal date.
You can find your renewal date by logging into your account.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so before your renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.
How to Cancel:
To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:
- Click login to access your account: https://platinumplusdentalplan.com/my-account/
- Navigate to subscriptions: Click on the subscriptions section in your account dashboard.
- Click cancel to make a cancellation request.
- Click cancel now to confirm the cancellation.
Refund Policy
The Company will refund the total purchase price of any product purchased through the Website within thirty (30) calendar days after its purchase, provided the following requirements are met: (1) you have not used the product in any way (2) you have requested, in writing using our form on the contact us page or by telephone, that the Company issue such a refund within thirty (30) calendar days after you purchased the product, and (3) you provide the receipt or proof of purchase to the Company within such thirty (30) calendar day period.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
